I had a similar injury happen to me during IM Louisville in 2013, it still haunts me today. A good PT and orthopedist will help. Mine was so bad that I fell on a poor volunteer trying to hand me water at an aid station and I couldn't get back up for a while. My injury still is around and gets worse as I gain weight and stop doing yoga and core work. Which reminds me I need to lose weight, do yoga, and strengthen my core.
I use mine as workout shirts or just lounging around shirts until they become rags or just end up in the bin. Medals I wear like Mr. T around the office usually.
As a southerner (USA) I am having a hard time understanding how this has managed to resolve itself with out some rights or religious freedoms having been claimed trampled upon. I guess Canada is a much more cordial place. Also, as a software engineer it took me way too long to realize IP was Intellectual Property not Internet Protocol. Trying to figure out why Starky was so upset about his IP Address being stolen
I do wish there was better past coverage available to watch on the trainer/dreadmill. I'd pay for it if it were there.
