    I am highly undecided on your gumballs dilemma. Hope this helps. But if you named it Bandit I'd be concerned that the bike could only roll eastbound.

    I am in the all black camp here, however I saw a guy rolling down my street yesterday when I was in the garage on a Moots hard tail 29er with gum walls and I had to grab a shop rag. That thing was sexy.

    Still think all black is better for your particular bike which is approaching shop rag status.

    The thumbprint instead of password makes it SO MUCH easier too. It might be super convenient when sober, but it's so much easier to put your thumb on the home button than it is to type P@$$w0rd correctly when drunk.

    Funny story a friend of mine has regarding this.

    After college, my friend was living with his folks. We went out one night and got hammered. He went home and apparently ordered hundreds of dollars worth of porn - nothing wrong with that. Except that he lived with his parents.

    In the morning he realized that he was having several boxes of pornography being shipped to his parents doorstep. In order to catch the boxes before his parents did, he had to have a friend wait outside his house all day to catch the shipment of smut before his parents got back from work.

    The most embarrassing part of this was that he paid for pornography while using a computer.

    Okay then. Said in jest if injuries were sustained. Wife had a torn rotator cuff, and I wouldn't do it for that. I'd take a couple scratches and bruises for a new bike +$$$ though

    Worked for me this spring. A cheap Nashbar commuter became a Niner gravel bike.
