    @Evan I had looked at a Shiv sometime previously apparently. I logged in today to list something for my wife (first time on Ebay in quite a while) and it was a suggested item. It was actually next to another one that is all gold and allegedly signed by Cancellara. I thought "I should link that to the dream bike thread" when I noticed the dream bike was listed right next to it.

    Maybe I'm #blessed, or a complete idiot, but don't most people plan for this sort of thing? I don't really understand how dumping one's dream bike for half its value will really contribute substantial monies for raising a kid. That 3-4k is about 1% of the total cost of raising a child if you factor in college tuition. Keep the bike. And let the grandparents buy toys.

    My dad encouraged it. That’s why I’ve had like 5 concussions and await the inevitable CTE symptoms.
