@Duckies yeah. I'm 6'4 and sit at about 175. And @Dark_Mark nust trying to add a little muscle to gain a little extra power.Power for what? Triathlon? Squats and bench press are not going to help you, especially over IM distance. Look at Bradley Wiggins' legs, who just won the TT World Champs. Do intervals on the bike, ride more easy miles, just ride more, period. Don't waste your time doing squats and lifting weights that is just going to create more weight for you to carry over 140.6, cut into recovery time, and just make you more hungry at night where you will end up eating more empty calories.
But thanks for the shoe input. Mark I also have a narrow foot so I'll look into those.
Anyone else know if the tri flys have a narrow base?
