  • Best South Park Episode

@Tad_Machrowicz that's from the first episode, "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe".

You also should just post the Youtube link instead of the Google search url :D
Right, sorry @Matt, I'm a dunce. Couldn't figure out why it was not showing like previous clips. I'd like to blame that on a nutrition problem........

  • Any ultra runners here? Advice please.

I'm no ultra god but I would second the pacers suggestion. Also, if they're allowed, don't discount headphones and music. I tend to run multiple loops quite a bit and some tunes definitely makes a lap or two go by in something less than slow motion.
Seriously, the pacers are a must. It's an athlete safety issue. You need monitoring after the 50 mile point for your own safety. From a luxury point of view, the pacers will maintain your sanity.

  • WHAT have I done?

Exercise a bunch and then don't overcook the bike during the race and you will be fine. I have no athletic ability, that I am aware of, and I am getting ready to do my third 140.6 at Louisville.
Warning @Struang !!!! Danger Will Robinson! This is a boldfaced lie. Mr. @GasBomb has a great deal of athletic ability. What he says, though, is true. Follow his simple plan and you will become and Ironman and be a better person for it. Most importantly, do not over think or over stress the training process and enjoy the journey.

  • WHAT have I done?

My wife says you should be wary of the poll result % data. She says it's clearly skewed toward the bottom answer because it's the only one that contained the word "fuck". And the TRS crew is clearly drawn to these words. I think she's onto something......
I voted for the bottom. I recommend it. It's life changing.

+1 on Cartman's Alien Anal Probe, but I'm also partial to the early seasons. Chef Aid and Christmas Poo come to mind.

  • Roost Approved Donuts - World Famous!

Best thing about this TRS approved chocolate dipped donut from Tim Hortons is that I'm on the way to meet TRS team folks for Toughman NY!!!

@Ben Hobbs , @Dark_mark , thanks for picking up without losing a step. Fine work gentlemen. The mark of true pros to come back at playoff form after such a layoff.
