@Tad_Machrowicz that's from the first episode, "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe".Right, sorry @Matt, I'm a dunce. Couldn't figure out why it was not showing like previous clips. I'd like to blame that on a nutrition problem........
You also should just post the Youtube link instead of the Google search url
I'm no ultra god but I would second the pacers suggestion. Also, if they're allowed, don't discount headphones and music. I tend to run multiple loops quite a bit and some tunes definitely makes a lap or two go by in something less than slow motion.Seriously, the pacers are a must. It's an athlete safety issue. You need monitoring after the 50 mile point for your own safety. From a luxury point of view, the pacers will maintain your sanity.
Exercise a bunch and then don't overcook the bike during the race and you will be fine. I have no athletic ability, that I am aware of, and I am getting ready to do my third 140.6 at Louisville.Warning @Struang !!!! Danger Will Robinson! This is a boldfaced lie. Mr. @GasBomb has a great deal of athletic ability. What he says, though, is true. Follow his simple plan and you will become and Ironman and be a better person for it. Most importantly, do not over think or over stress the training process and enjoy the journey.
