I see Matt Fitzgerald has a new book out. It seems like he always ha anew book. I have found some useful information in the books. I am curious to see what others think. I love the 80/20 running book mostly because it seems like easy training to me. That makes it easy to like. My times went up training this way but my consistency went up and no injuries.
Of course Ironwar is a classic. For good and bad it was a good read on an awesome race.

Before I read Iron War, I had heard about Dave & Mark being pissed about how it was written. It may have covered the race in a lot of detail, but not speaking to them directly and using quotes out of context wasn't cool. That was at the back of my mind when I did get round to reading it.
I'm here for the beer...mile that is!!
