Tri Bike Rental Houston, TX

Can any of you crazy Texans recommend a bike shop that would rent out a tri bike on a daily basis in Houston or surrounding area. My wife lives there and, until I can get transferred down there, I'll be travelling to and from several times a month. Eventually I'll probably just ship one of my bikes down there permanently. In the meantime though, I'd like to rent one on occasion and ride the IMTX course a time or two.

there are several bike shops in the woodlands area, I am not sure if any of them rent a bike, I know several people with extra bikes, depending on your size you might be able to rent from somebody individually

Spinlister seems like a good resource for that. Here's a listing I found in the Houston area.

Depending on your size, I'd happily put mine up for rent. Not a lot of adjustability, but I'm a lot cheaper than what you have on spinlister (like... free if you just want to ride it a couple times, and maybe $100 for an all you can eat sort of thing where you just hang on to it until I need it back in mid March?). I have a roadie or cross bike that I could set up a little bit better if you don't want 26 cm saddle to pad drop, but they'd only have ITU-style shorty bars on them.

Thanks for the responses guys. @KHilgendorf hell of an offer, I may just take you up on it. I'm 6', typically ride a 56cm, could probably go up to a 58cm without too much trouble.

It's a 55 TT bike (old Cervelo geometry, so long and low), with the stem slammed and pads on the base bar - i.e. it's pretty aggressive. I'm 6'2", so dropping the saddle a little to account for your height would make it more manageable. The Roadie is a 56 and Cross 57 with a little bit more room for adjustments. Give me a shout when you get down here and I can have you take a look.
