There's a different Zach Miller that is a world class trail runner. Not saying our Zach isn't an amazing athlete, but he does get lots of confusion around this issue.

Great idea @Struang. We should try to do at least 2 activities in a single day, say 5 x per week. No time duration limits, just mix it up. Who would go for something like that?
