He writes dissertations to defend his point on EVERYTHING.
Remember the Docherty and Tim Reed IM Texas pass thing--freaking long ass emails.
He is full of shit.
I don't know the specifics of the Dimond case but if you are willing to tell us it was "life or death" but then do giveaways for them you are a douchebag.
No credibility. His story is out there with this post and anything he says differently in court documents will be called out.
And the go fund me..I can't even begin to express my feeling on that. And throwing in the "i have kids, a family, blah blah blah..." Everyone has something, you aren't special dude.
Hi everyone! We are doing okay. With my parents and just rented the vacate house next door to them for the next month. We haven't been back to Napa. The air quality is terrible, roads are still closed and there is nothing urgent to be done at our property. So, we wait. And start figuring out what to do. It's sad but we will be fine. Just so sad for the whole valley--Napa and Sonoma. The fire keeps burning. Ugh.
Hopefully will get some time to watch Kona coverage a bit on Saturday.
There is no gliding in open water. If you aren't moving forward you are moving backwards. Don't want to start and stop.
And, if you want to get faster at swimming get your ass in the pool A LOT. At least 4-5x a week consistently. That is the way. You can't "technique" your way to fast swimming because you won't have the endurance and strength to hold the stroke together. You don't walk around on your hand so your arms have zero aerobic endurance unless you use them in the pool.
She did race in 2015. 3rd at Oceanside (led off the bike, not caught until mile 8/9 of the run). 2nd at Mont Tremblant 70.3 2015. Led off the bike again at Vineman 70.3 2015 but pulled out at mile 2 due to injury. 11th at 70.3 World Champs 2015. Solid swim and bike there. Was coached by Purplepatch that whole year, switched back to trainsharp in April 2016. Finished 4th at Oceanside to start off the year.
Listen, I get the skepticism and I think it is okay to ask questions. However, she was leading races in strong fields in 2015 but just didn't have the run to back it up due to an IT band injury.
