Are we counting strength training too or only aerobic stuff? Either way @kjrunnin kicks all out asses, however, I need the strength training to count... pretty please.

That's the nice thing about being an average athlete. My times haven't gotten much slower than 20 years ago when I was in my "prime".

I say we count strength training.

What about sex? It's not going to add too much time to my monthly total but might be the 15 minutes I need to make the January goal.

Mines on the pie chart, you just can't see a sliver, or even a line...

I'm counting strength training, walking, and I'm gonna count a few hours of downhill skiing tomorrow as an hour of exercise. This is the Roost - if you wanna get picky about what counts as exercise, check out team Every Man Jack! 🤣

Speaking of Jack Every Man, if your sex life is vigorous and long enough to make a difference then you should count it (as well as counting yourself luckier than most of us from the sounds of it)!

If I get 45 minutes in today, I'll have my 31 hours! 31 hours and 45 seconds if I get lucky

If I start exercising now and don't stop till midnight I can do it.

I made it with a couple extra hours to spare. I didn't even need to include my 8:12 minutes of sex time.

I couldn't feel from my waist down for 3 days after that workout.

I'm terrible, 1st half great. 2nd half less than terrible. Thanks though, cause without the Roost, I would have been worse. On to a better February!!!
Oh, and congrats to @kjrunnin and @wchevron for their amazing performances!

I finished the month with 60h but I would trade my January stats for even half of @wchevron ’s!

That's a great month this far out!

I did 12:05 of running, 3:45 of strength, and about 3 hrs of hiking. Total: 18:50. Not starting until the 10th was a bold strategy that didn't pay off.

I was around 32 hours for January. It hurt a lot for some reason. (I'm pretty sure I joined @Aaron Webstey in the +1 lb club according to the scale at the pool.)
