Disappointed that there is not a Brier pool, the only March madness that I watch.
ETA: That's curling for those of you south of Minnesota.
I would have done that! Maybe next year. Who's your pick to win?
My picks for the Semi-Finals are Bottcher and Jacobs from pool A. Pool B is Koe, and either McDonald if he wins tonight, Gushue if he doesn't.
Koe over Bottcher for the overall.
I know it's a weird thing to say about curling, but the injuries (Howard, Murphy) are actually going to influence this year heavily. McDonald subbing for Murphy is a pretty big upgrade for Nova Scotia.
ETA: My understanding is that neither of these injuries are beer-related. Which is surprising for curling, I know.
Koe, Bottcher and Gushue are through to the semis. Jacobs crashed and burned today, so I'm only 3 for 4. Koe is taking this thing down.
Ah yes, equivalent to the great George Brett Pine Tar incident. At least curling took a firm stand against evil technology.

Koe - Bottcher final. This is like a Brady-Russell Wilson Super Bowl for me.
My wife and I were up to 1am last night watching the semi-final and final, and we were really pulling for Bottcher. That shot he made to win the semi was incredible. The final was weird because right from the start Koe seemed to be battling both Bottcher and the rest of his team. I think Koe's indecisiveness got to Morris and it was almost like Morris became the skip for the last few ends.
Really looking forward to the mixed-team doubles now. The venue at Calgary Olympic Park is only 15 minutes from my house so it really sucks to see that arena empty!
I have my men's bracket done. Go Bulldogs!
Both picked!! Go Kansas and UConn!
I picked my Men's bracket. I know even less about women's bracket but that won't stop me!
Let the computer auto fill. That's what I do. Then I make slight changes based on no basketball knowledge what so ever.
I’m already a winner. Like the info I shot out a couple months back, FanDuel is giving away free money if you’re in a betting state. If MSU loses by less than 127 points in today’s play-in, I win $45.
FanDuel Sportsbook’s “Spread The Love” for MSU vs. UCLA is live! The more people who bet, the higher the spread! It’s already up to +125.5! https://account.sportsbook.fanduel.com/select-state#rfr=share_stl
I just realized that the entry I had in the group was a chalk entry that I must have created by accident. I replaced it with my actual picks which are terrible and dropped me into a fight for last with @M_Ware who did not fill out a bracket.
@martin I did fill out a bracket, just under the wrong Rooster group. I must have had it in my profile from a previous year. The one I did enter would still make me dead last.
Queen of All Donut Awards
Groovy Auntie to Roosters everywhere
You might be able to swap brackets in the group! Either way let us know how you're doing!
Yes, you should still be able to join the 2021 group with your original bracket. I joined the old TriRoost group from 2019 by mistake too. Realized you and I were the only ones in the group so found the 2021 TriRoost Men's Tourney group and joined it last night. I left the 2019 group so you are now the winner of the original TriRoost group. Way to lock in that win on the first weekend. Mad skillz!
You can swap brackets. Leave the group with your empty bracket and join with the completed one.
I'm off to a great start but two of my elite 8 are out already. Who the fuck names a university "Oral Roberts"?
It's better than "Anal Roberts".
So I'm dead last in the pool but have the second highest potential total.
I'm the Lionel Sanders of our tournament this year.
Watch out, @James Lange /Frodeno. Lionel is coming for you.
I think I have a lot more to be afraid of than Frodeno.
Maybe it will come down to a Baylor vs. Gonzaga final. That would be awesome.
Well, this is embarrassing. I follow cycling and crap the bed on the Tour, and pick my March Madness like Diane on Cheers picked her football pool and win. Suckers.
I leapt from 8th up to second thanks to all you losers banking on Gonzaga. Looking forward to my 3-peat this summer in a pool that actually means something.
I won our family pool. My niece goes to Michigan. Everyone in the family picked Michigan to win. I'm the only one to pick Baylor. Was in last place before the final 4 then catapulted to 1st with Baylor winning. Suck it Michigan. Long live Auto-fill.
Congrats to @Martin and @Brew_Tri ! Check your dms sometime in the next 2 months for your prize. Cc @KenElPescadoPelado and whoever won the January challenge
Glory was within my grasp! I demand a recount!
2 months. Aren't you being a bit optimistic.
