An idea I had was some kind of diversity challenge, since we're all supposed to be Triathaletes, some target around the mix of activities?
Great idea @Struang. We should try to do at least 2 activities in a single day, say 5 x per week. No time duration limits, just mix it up. Who would go for something like that?

Non triathlon sports count as at thus time of year I expect some people will be skiing, skating or snowshoeing. Anyone Iceclimbing?
