Almost 210 lbs! I'm joining the 31k swim challenge and also challenging myself to no food after dinner. I'm not brave/stupid enough to cut out all the wine, but I'm trying to limit it to a glass or 2 a day. 199.9lb by the end of the month is my main goal!

Im going to need the experimental protocols, measuring apparatuses, and control measures @P_Cottrell used. I don’t trust those numbers. Only because he claims to have nursed a beer for over an hour. These are 15-minute friends, not long term relationships.
