Uh oh. MLW totalled up what I've spent on tri / bikes in the last year
Including travel, per diem, equipment, and other triathlon related expenses I think the Hansen's were over $20K last year. However, since it's the wife's profession those expenses appeared on a schedule C which makes it hurt just a little less.

You tell me, what city backdrop is imprinted on this finisher's medal? I know both cities well seeing as how I live in Rochester, and believe me, there is no view of Syracuse that looks even remotely like this. (credits to Alex Tong and the awesomeness of Valor Triathlon for this find)

New Ironman 70.3 Worlds Format
I personally love and hate this idea. Love because now I can spend more time watching the female pros the day I'm not racing. Hate because now the wife and I will fight over who had harder racing conditions when comparing who beat who. -
