Anyone else at Florida 70.3 next week?
I figured it would be hot. I've been heat acclimating to some extent. Probably will still hurt pretty good and give me a weight reality check (aka stop eating you giant fat piece of shit Dave). I'm going to look like an over stuffed sausage in my race kit.

Toughest bike course you've done? Favourite bike course?
This isn't an official 'race' bike course, but it goes down in husband / wife history as one of the most miserable experiences we've ever had together. 8,000 ft of climbing, average temps of 90, minimal shade, fucking awful... There was a point where we were praying for a gas station to find water, bought two gallons and dumped it on ourselves. This was one of the days when the wife dropped me toward the end
