Is it a problem I just read through @Toefuzz list and thought "oh those look fun"? After 70.3 Oceanside and probably IM boulder next year, lots of gravel grinding is in order.
I know, not anywhere near the first time this has made this thread, but it deserves another one. I put that ol dirty bastard in my mouth and loved it (that’s the name of the donut). It also powered me to a 4 minute marathon PR!
Vincent Von Doughnuts in St. Louis makes for a great post-long run recovery meal. I couldn’t decide between peanut butter and French toast, so I got both. (12oz coffee shown for scale)
