Good God I'm Stupid
MI Coast 2 Coast... 212 miles of gravel... took my fat and undertrained ass 20 hours. That wasn’t dumb enough though so next year I’m looking at:
Barry Roubaix 100
Hellkaat 100
Sancho 200
C2C 212
HAMR
If you aren’t familiar with HAMR they consider it enhanced gravel. 187 miles or so and it looks nuts.

I might be interested but it's way too early to figure that out... I'd be fine with a campsite. I'm not planning on swimming a stroke or running a step next year unless I fall off a boat drunk or am chased by a bear, but would definitely be interested in gravel or mountain bike riding as I'll be training for Marji at that point.

Friday Boozing Open Thoughts Thread
Thursday is almost Friday! I had a long week at work and my first race of the season is coming up. I have no idea where most of my tri stuff is as I haven't used any of it since IMLou in October. Rather than start looking I thought I would procrastinate and meet some friends for dinner at the lake...I may have had a few too many Cranium Crush from Petoskey Brewing but regret nothing!
I did see another buddy getting an open water swim in so I created an aid station with beer and mixed drinks at the end of the dock. I am a good friend.
