@Tuck_n_Roll_Tad_M Pro move is to opt for the grey boot so it doesn't cook in the sun. What happened?
@yournotunique , stupid falling on bike, went for an emergency unclip. Shoe stayed clipped, left ankle released quite nicely. Ignored it and then did the sworry trials on it 10 days later. (caused the tuck_n_roll as insult to injury) It was a little more pain than I figured I should bear and it wasn't really improving.
The doctor said I should have been in a cast from day 1. Oh well. Did all three lateral ligaments, and dislocated the peroneal tendons (sp?), he said they all feel in tact, and some retin something that holds the peroneal tendons in place is questionable. If I don't have significant improvement in pain quality in 2 weeks, we move to MRI.
Apparently, I'm an idiot several times over. I'm sure you did nothing so silly.
Sworry on my color choice, but black is the new black.
