Wear Reflective Clothes
Unfortunately that article was incorrect.
Mike had reflective clothing on, he also had bright lights on his bike.
The Police investigation was poorly done and the driver was likely distracted by something else and that’s why he didn’t see Mike, not because he wasn’t visible.
