  • Sufferfest 4DP

I started using Sufferfest back in September and am absolutely loving it! This being said, I have not tried Trainer Road or anything else other than Zwift, but it does everything that I need. The 4DP fitness test was good and the feedback on the test results was interesting as well. I already knew what my strengths and weaknesses were, and the test verified that. So in my opinion, it did its job. I hope that Sufferfest keeps adding to their workout library, as it makes a trainer workout much more enjoyable...I actually look forward to spending time on the trainer now!
  • Tri Shorts

Come on people! After 2 hours on the saddle they all feel the same! Just like every road is named "Taint Smasher" after 2 hours. Science.

"Quicksilver" is the winner hands down. Why you ask? Kevin Bacon. That's why.

  • Calling all chubsters - Holidays Posts of Shame

I'm up 20lbs from last year's race weight. My new goal is to see how far I can spiral out of control before getting motivated enough to get back to race weight. I really enjoy baked goods of all types.
