  @Matt wish I could handle the slam, but those days are over. The ONE thing I wish I had done, though, is make the head tube a tiny bit longer. Like, to have 1cm instead of 2cm of spacers (I like to leave in a *little* wiggle room). But, I hadn't ever been on a bike with this combination of fork axle-to-crown, BB drop, and head tube length... and I miscalculated slightly. Can't win 'em all!

  All good @gregk it looks great. Slam is really only for pros and for bikes with horizontal rope tubes with taller HT and the drop bars weren't as shallow as now.

  @KHilgendorf it's all in the nuance! It's low-tech in that it has straight gauge tubing, threaded bottom bracket, rim brakes, and doesn't even have thru axles! It's pretty much what cavemen rode. It's also the least expensive ti brand I know of (and also happens to be run by a great dude) - frames for $1k, and custom from $1,600. I can't afford any of the big brands.
