They include: trail running, swimming in a lake mid ride and being passed by amateur cyclists on mountains in Tenerife.
They share the same coach, who is a genius.
It's not drugs, people. Or motors. It's good coaching.

Mostly I listen while I am commuting, or on a long slow run.
If I listen while running, I find I slow down by ~15 - 30 sec/mile.

I don’t listen to sports podcast because they put me to sleep. Currently binge watching Parks and Rec (The Office in a government building) while on the trainer.

Re-visiting this thread as I wanted to see what people of Lex Fridman. I'm not into all of his guests, and he can't make literally anybody interesting like the TRS podcast used to do (for me at least), but man I have heard some great conversations. Might only be interesting to those in CS/ENG/Tech, but I'm not sure.

And/or, let me know what you're listening to! I agree with @Robert Rankin that sports pods don't do it for me, so just any old podcast will do.
Terrible, Thanks for Asking
People who have been dealt a shitty hand telling their story.
This sounds awesome! Well sad, but interesting
I can listen to Mike Rowe's 5-minute stories on "The Way I Heard It" a billion times.
When he changed from the fragment format to a hybrid standard interview show, I thought I may not like it. I like it more now to my surprise. It helps to really like someone's voice too.
Anyway, if you're new to Mike Rowe's podcasts, and have only seen him on Dirty Jobs or shows like that, start with episode one from years ago. Listen to the short stuff first. it's timeless.
