The bike shop guys were eagerly showing this off yesterday. Etap red, carbon tubular rims spokes and hubs.
It felt almost fragile.

Canyon also just released a 4.96kg (10.91lbs) bike: Ultimate CF Evo
And their 2004 3.8kg (8.4lb) project was really ahead of it's time
But I saw a 3.2kg in a TriRig article
Probably too light for any practical reasons...

For disclaimer, I actually love my speedplay pedals clearly choosing them because the "pedals are lighter" would help with a weight weenies "my bike weighs less..." is pretty dumb... I just like them because I get the benefits of clipping in both sides as well as a robust metal cleat and have never really understood/ got a long with the differences between road stuff and MTB stuff and what cleats I can easily bolt onto what shoes!
