    Most minute of deductions for:
    Trim the front brake cable
Could go with some sexier bottle cages.

    @wparsel
    1) Clean the bike
    2) Install/Align tire logos and tube valves
    3) Flat saddle
    4) Slam stem (flat or negative rise only) Is your stem happy to see me?
    5) Remove saddle bag, bottles, computer (but ok to keep the cages, computer holder, etc.) Bottle, pump AND bag?
    6) Chain in the big ring + smallest cog
    7) Drive-side only
    8) Drive-side crank either at 3 o'clock (horizontal) or in line with your chainstay
    9) Valves at 6 o'clock (pointing up) or hidden between fork/seatstays
    10) Hide skewers

5/10 - (+1 for the stillness of the water) You should think about changing your bar tape to match either the blue on the frame or the white (cable guides + saddle) and your RD cable is way too long..

Notes: get rid of the plastic valve covers, trim the excess rear brake cable and front derailleur cable, and don't crop out the tires in the picture. Excellent wall choice to bring out the neon.

8.75/10 which is hard for a canti-brake bike. Kudos.

Here's a lovely example from former PRO, David Millar and their new line of bikes.

Aside from the front skewer, it's very well done. And a gutsy choice to use your own face as the wall.

I need to rethink my life here. I never noticed the RD cable but I could literally use it as rope to escape a well. Shame.

You sure his brake cable isn't too long under the tri rig cover?

That top tube -> basebar line is sexy though.

I'll take some comfort in this Sunday as I bike for the first time in 6 months. Doing a HIM relay might have been a bit ambitious.

Id like to file an amendment to the rules, @Matt :
    1. On a road bike, the saddle may tilt up a maximum of 10 degrees
    2. On a mountain bike, a tilt of 3 degrees is permissible
    3. On a TT bike, a 0 to -2 degrees slope is acceptable

It's not like I actually measure it. It's more a sign of a bad fit or incorrect frame size.
Almost like those happy upward stems.

    1) Clean the bike

    3) Flat saddle
    4) Slam stem (flat or negative rise only) That hurts to look at. I can't even
    5) Remove saddle bag, bottles, computer (but ok to keep the cages, computer holder, etc.)
    6) Chain in the big ring + smallest cog
    7) Drive-side only
    8) Drive-side crank either at 3 o'clock (horizontal) or in line with your chainstay
    9) Valves at 6 o'clock (pointing up) or hidden between fork/seatstays Nicely hidden
    10) Hide skewers

Can't imagine your position with a front-end like that.

8/10 IF THERE WAS A WALL. Although I like the "my bike floats on its own" trick.
