There are other hashtags that can be used in cycling-related photos.
For instance, this could have been #coffeeshopride or #feedzone but definitely not #BAAW.
And for the record, I'm not wearing pants.
Are those decals from Veloink?
Yeah, I think that's where I got the decals. My son saw them online, so we got a batch to make all our bikes match.
1) Clean the bike2) Install/Align tire logos and tube valves (for clinchers) can't see, assume 0.5
3) Flat saddle
4) Slam stem (flat or negative rise only)
5) Remove saddle bag, bottles, computer (but ok to keep the cages, computer holder, etc.)2 bottles, a bag AND a computer!??!6) Chain in the big ring +
smallest cog0.57) Drive-side only
8) Drive-side crank either at 3 o'clock (horizontal) or in line with your chainstay
9) Valves at 6 o'clock (pointing up) or hidden between fork/seatstays
10) Hide skewers
Normally a 7, but -1 for the cheesy filter. Under #BAAW rules, I feel bad giving this a 6/10, but this would be better suited to an #epicride #mtbtrails kind of submission. Great backdrop!
@Paul Glatzhofer as for you:
1) Clean the bike
2) Install/Align tire logos and tube valves (for clinchers) nicely done
3) Flat saddle
4) Slam stem (flat or negative rise only)5) Remove saddle bag, bottles, computer (but ok to keep the cages, computer holder, etc.)6) C
hain in the big ring + smallest cog7) Drive-side only8) Drive-side crank either at 3 o'clock (horizontal) or in line with your chainstay9) Valves at 6 o'clock (pointing up) or hidden between fork/seatstays close enough10) Hide skewers these would be hidden if the picture was taken on the drive-side, no deduction
4/10 but can easily go up to an 8 or 9.
The snapchat filter for a wedding is literally the ONLY reason I submitted this photo. I've taken far better photos of my bike, trust me.
Plus, "the rules" don't apply the same way to MTBs
MTB has no rules. Bunch of heathens.
Just cleaned her up.. the wall happens to be my kitchen

8/10 and so close to a 9 (crank arm).
Wood panels in the kitchen? Sell the bike and remodel.

Pre-ride this would have been a 9/10, assuming your tire logos + tube valves are aligned.
Looks too warm for Cross. Not enough mud!
1) Clean the bike0.5 because that bar tape needs replacing.2) Install/Align tire logos and tube valves (for clinchers) YES

7.5/10 but 8.5 if you fix the cranks, 9 for new bar tape.
Also, after 5 minutes of adjusting the pedal against the wall, then the skewer then the crank arm, then the bike slipped, rinse and repeat, figured I'd live with it.
Suck it, @Matt
