Here I though @Tad_M had finally forsaken the #sworry trials and decided not just to move to the Great White North, but just down the block from me. But alas it was not to be....

This guy starts in early October putting his lights up. He’s been building towards this for the last 5 years. It’s been impressive to watch. The motor home, mannequins, and sewer hose are the cherry on top this year. Enjoy and post what’s up in your neighbourhood.

I bought a bunch from Costco last year and they have proven to be trash. So many broken or faulty bulbs when I pulled em out this year!

I am somewhat proud of the nifty tool I created by screwing some wood onto the end of my chainsaw pole, and resulting outdoor tree (on the left). If you listen closely you can hear Cartman singing "In The Ghettoooooo ..."

So the house has been all over the news in western Canada. Neighbours have all upped their game a bit too. The last two weekends I’ve been trapped in my house by the traffic after 6 PM. People start lining up in their cars just before dark and it starts moving around 4:30. The first Friday the line was almost 3 km long.

We have a large lighted wreath above the garage doors. This week half the lights went out. Looks like half a moon at night. My wife isn't happy.
