Ironman Texas 2018

Does anyone have any Houston connections that would be willing to host a professional triathlete in the lead up to Ironman Texas?

Sadly, it's not for me but for Australian Pro Michael Fox. Fun fact: in my very first season doing triathlons (2011) I was a homestay for him (apartment-stay?) for a race in DC that no longer exists. I had no idea at the time that I was interested in becoming a pro triathlete myself, but it was a very cool experience and I learned a lot from him. Look, you too can host a professional and then become one less than 3 years later! Honestly, serving as a homestay is super easy and a huge help, especially for those pros taking a gamble and traveling long distances to come to a race.

And so you're not confused with the actor, here's his instagram: https://www.instagram.com/fox_endurance. I can serve as a reference if needed that he was incredibly nice, quiet and did not steal anything or murder us, like my roommate at the time was convinced was going to happen.

Now that the thread is started, figured it could do double duty... anyone here racing?
