No passing zone? (Tremblant)
Looks like they have instituted a no-passing zone at 5i50 and 70.3, on the sweeping downhill on Duplessis where the crashes happened last year.
I find this really lame, and considering the congestion during the 5i50/Sprint race, this might be MORE dangerous than just letting people ride to the best of their abilities.

And it rained #humblebrag
WTC did this to themselves with the wave starts, multiple-loop bike courses, and removing the "hard" courses.
Living life in pursuit of triathlon greatness and not pissing off my wife. Also trying to understand Dark Mark and why he's left New York yet again, but this time for Oklahoma. At least it's not Florida.

I spoke with other people who were more affected - forced to ride the brakes at 25-35, and bunching up. I was climbing and saw one guy sit up and raise his hands in the air in a shoulder shrug before slamming on the brakes in one pack.
So for this distance, if you are upper mid pack, it was not an issue. I withdraw my earlier rhetoric, and accept it as merely part of the race requiring some new strategy.
