Did Matt Russell have a faster bike split than Starky?

I think they only count people who finished. Starky was 3:24 and Russell was 3:31

They don't count people who DNF for course records (example, Julie Dibens in Kona...set the course record on bike but pulled out with injury on the run so no record). The fastest bike split thing is more up in the air to me. I think Starky had the fastest split of the day. Matt had the fastest split of the finishers???

Either way, that's impressive for Russell. Will be interesting to see what he can do in a 70.3 with a field of strong cyclists.

Big win by Jesse Thomas. The harder courses seem to suit him!
